How StarMaker works
From your material to a finished film in four steps: sources, questions, script and shots.
What can I start from?
A PDF, other documents, images, as many web links as you like, or just an idea written in your own words. StarMaker reads everything and writes a short brief of the facts it found.
Does the director guess what I want?
No. Before writing, the director lists what is unclear, such as the angle, the audience or the tone, and asks you with suggested answers. You can turn on Plan first to approve the outline before any script is written.
How is the script checked?
A second, independent AI compares the script with your original sources and flags anything they do not support. If something is flagged, you decide: fix it from the sources or keep it.
How is the video made?
The film is filmed as a series of shots of 4 to 10 seconds. Each shot starts on the last frame of the one before, so the result plays as one continuous film. Another AI then watches and listens to every finished shot and checks it against the sources.
Can I change things afterwards?
Yes. Select a shot, a section or a single frame on the timeline and tell the director what to change. Questions only get an answer; anything that would remake shots or rewrite the script waits for your OK. Every change is saved as a version you can go back to.
